The first time I was arrested at a control point of homeland security was on April 14, 2005. Being arrested and detained at a roadblock joined the illegal operation carried out by tribal police, habits of the United States and the border patrol several years earlier – only to make a few questions, I always assured trasportarmi a camera with when travelling along this road. Know your rights and just as important, know what you’re talking about. This wasn’t a border checkpoint. It took place over forty miles inside the country along a public highway that never intersects the border.

Finally, questioning armed federal agents who have seized you without reasonable suspicion along a public highway is not being a jerk. That label belongs to the agents in question.
