Illegal alien living in Chalmette booked with three counts of rape
CHALMETTE, La. – A 34-year-old illegal alien was booked on three counts of forcible rape along with other sex crimes involving a juvenile girl, according to St. Bernard Parish Chief Deputy Sheriff James Pohlmann.
Alvaro Gonzalez was arrested on March 2.
Pohlmann said the victim was the daughter of an acquaintance of Gonzalez.
According to Pohlmann, Gonzalez has been living in the Chalmette area for about a year but is in the country illegally.
In addition to the forcible rape counts, Gonzalez was booked with two counts of attempted forcible rape and two counts of molestation of a juvenile.
Pohlmann said Gonzalez was also recently arrested for cruelty to an eight-year-old boy who he allegedly beat with a belt.

Sexual predators are ruining our country. This guy should get the maximum penalty, serve his time, then be deported and banned for life. He raped the daughter of an acquaintance. So much for the much talked about latino family values.
Conviction and deportation don’t work. He’ll only sneak back in. One shot, one kill.
@HORNADY XTP, One shot one kill sounds good but no one is going to do it. I say let’s lock them up. Make them do hard time, no easy prison time. Then let’s charge their home country for the expense we incur. We can take it out of their foreign aid package, heck we give money to every country on earth.
